My Approach
A wedding day disappears fast, which is exactly why I try not to interrupt it. I'm a destination elopement and wedding photographer based in Pasadena, and I'd rather fall into the day alongside you than stand outside it directing. After all, your wedding isn’t about having a photoshoot. It’s about promising forever to someone, surrounded by everyone who helped you find your way there. There's something honest in the way two people look at each other when no one's telling them how, and that's what I'm always chasing, whether we're on a cliff above Big Sur, a hillside in Italy, or somewhere along the California coast that feels like it belongs only to you two.
I'll step in when it's useful, a nudge here, some direction there, but mostly I stay close and quiet, letting the day unfold the way it's meant to. What I want to hand you afterward isn't just a set of pretty images. It's the feeling of that day again, years from now, as real and as yours as it was the first time.

STEP ONE
Inquiry & Availability
Once you submit an inquiry, I'll check my availability for your date and send over info on my collections so you know what working together looks like. From there, we'll set up a quick call to actually connect.
STEP TWO
Consultation
We’ll hop on a phone or video call to talk through your vision, your wedding plans, and what you’re looking for in a photographer. I’ll walk you through my approach, answer any questions, and help you decide if we’re the right fit.
STEP THREE
Booking Your Date
If it feels right, I'll send over a proposal with your custom package, contract, and retainer invoice. Once that's signed and squared away, your date is locked in and officially booked.
STEP FOUR
Planning & Preparation
In the months leading up to your wedding, I'm around for timeline questions and anything else that helps the day run smoothly. If we're traveling somewhere together, I'll also help think through logistics on that end, and I'll stay in touch with your planner and vendors so everyone's on the same page.
STEP FIVE
Wedding Day
On the day itself, I stay relaxed and low-key, letting things happen naturally and stepping in only when it's actually useful. It's a mix of candid moments and a few intentional portraits, all working toward the same goal: photos that feel like your day, not a performance of it.
STEP SIX
Delivery & Final Gallery
Within a few days, you'll get a small preview so you can relive the day almost right away. Your full gallery follows within 8 to 10 weeks, high-resolution and ready for downloading, printing, and sharing however you'd like.

When you book me, it's actually me who shows up. Not a random second shooter, not someone you've never met, but the person you talked to, the one who already knows your vision and your story.
I'll build a photo timeline that actually makes sense, with enough room to breathe instead of rushing from one thing to the next.
Some of my favorite photos come from the in-between moments nobody planned for, so I'm always watching for those, quietly, even during the parts that feel like downtime.
Mostly, my job on the day is to keep things calm and easy, so you can feel like yourself in front of the camera and enjoy being together.

It really depends on the season and where you're getting married, but 6 to 12 months out is ideal, especially if travel's involved. Popular dates and destinations tend to fill up fast, so the earlier you reach out, the more flexibility we'll have.

Yes, a retainer is required to officially secure your date, along with a signed contract. Once that's taken care of, you're locked in and I'm all yours.

Absolutely, travel is a huge part of what I do. I have the most experience in Italy, California, Nevada, and Southern Utah, but I'm always open to going wherever your day takes us. Travel costs are worked into your package so there are no surprises.

It depends on the package and guest count. For elopements, I usually shoot solo since I want to keep things as intimate as possible for just the two of you. For larger weddings, a second shooter is typically included. Either way, everything can be customized to fit exactly what you need.

It's a mix: about half documentary, letting your day unfold naturally, and half guidance and prompts when you need a little direction to feel comfortable in front of the camera. My editing style is warm, true to color, and vibrant. I'm not into heavy filters or trends that fade out of style; I want your photos to look how the day actually looked, just with a little extra life to it.

Plans changing is honestly pretty normal, especially with destination weddings. I stay flexible and will always help figure out a backup plan on the spot so your day still feels seamless, rain or shine.
